Refund Policy

We have a 30-day no-hassle return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return - for any reason.

Products in their original and resalable condition will receive a full refund of the product purchase price. Otherwise, it'll incur a 15% restocking fee.

The shipping fee will not be refunded.

 

To start a return, simply contact us at service@sleekspacedesigns.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping must be pre-paid unless it is a manufacturer defect.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we received your return and inspected, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
